Bedford County Firefighter I 2022

Dates: February 8, 2022 – May 14, 2022


Class Times:

Tuesday and Thursday Nights 1830-2200.

Saturdays 0830-1600


Location:

Bedford County Department of Fire and Rescue

1185 Turning Point Road Bedford, VA 24523


Full firefighter protective clothing & SCBA are required for each participant and

this equipment must accompany each participant to all classes. Portable radio with holster and strap recommended.

Registration is limited to 24 students and priority is given to Bedford County Volunteers.


Registration is required by visiting bcofr.coursestorm.com


Students must also register with Virginia Department of Fire Programs in Cornerstone for session #46422144.


HAZ MAT Awareness & Operations Course will immediately follow at the end of May (specific dates tbd).

Separate registration for this course is required and will be completed during the FF I Course.
